Bug Fix 2

So, new bug fix. I think that I probably should start adding Changelogs to them, so here it goes.

Changelog:

• Fixed End of Round Beer Bug (Shooting the dealer and drink a beer to end the turn would make the dealer start first)
• Fixed Brutal Banter (I declared the required variables for it to work too soon)
• Added new lines to Brutal Banter
• Disabled VSync, now the fps is uncapped

Please re-patch your game with the new patch file to update it.
